House arrest

My allergies have been so terrible around these parts that I have practically confined myself to my apartment.  Allergy medicine makes me a walking zombie so I elect to suffer instead.  The pollen count is so high that my black car has a distinctive greenish tint.   For now I'll have to settle for looking at flowers via a computer screen.

  1. I'm with you on the allergies - they seem terrible this year!

    Those garden owls are fantastic!

  2. And what flowers these are! Way better than the real thing - more vibrant, no bugs and you can stare as long as you like without looking like a weirdo... ;)
    Hope the allergies subside soon!

  3. That is awful, I feel sorry for you :( This is the time when people can't wait to get outside after the confinement from winter (at least in Canada!). Maybe you can be productive and do stuff at home that you have postponed?
    Nice garden pics!

  4. I feel you on the allergies... While the pollen doesn't affect me, small animals like hamsters, rabbits and gerbils do. Hope you feel better soon!

And I need those owls for my house!

  6. Gorgeous pictures makes you appreciate it more I suppose when you cant go and explore the gardens yourself.
Hope you start to feel better soon, nothing worse then being stuck in when you want to go out.

  9. LOVE those owls. I constantly talk about my desire to create a mummy and baby elephant out of a shrub and those shaper wire cages you see sometimes. I also sympathise with the allergies - mine are horrific at the moment too, no fun at all!

  10. Have you considered homeopathy? For stuff like allergies, I have seen it really work for people.

  11. @annie, no I have not tried homeopathy but I'm very tempted! Anything to help!
