2 cups whole wheat flour
1 TBSP baking powder
1 cup peanut butter (smooth)
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oatmeal
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease baking pan.
- In a medium mixing bowl, add flour, baking powder and oatmeal. After thats mixed, add the peanut butter and milk. Stir until dough forms.
- Knead the dough and roll out to approximately 1/4 in. thick. Use any cookie cutter and cut into desired shapes.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
