Happy Friday!


What are your weekend plans?  Mine entail a glass of wine and packing.  We are leaving on our little family vacation on Sunday.  It is the first time our puppy will be on a plane so I'm a bit nervous about that whole process.   Back to the wine, what are your favorites?  I love a good crisp white but there is always the time and place for a smooth red as well.  I would love to hear your thoughts!

    I prefer red wine to white. My favorite is the red Woodbridge Zinfandel. I'm a woman of simple tastes, lol. Any whites in particular you recommend?

    Have fun on your trip! I love red & white. Usually prefer white in the summer and red during the cooler months. For red I love Zinfandels, Montepulcianos, Zyrahs, Brunellos, Barolos, oh I can go on and on. And for white I'm more of a Chardonny person. But I often opt for a glass of Prosecco instead :)

    For red I love a good pinot noir. Hob nob has a good affordable pinot. Recently I've been drinking whites as the weather gets warmer. I am liking Puerto Viejo's sauv blanc...

    I love shiraz/syrah but it depends on my mood. My true fav is champagne!

    oooooo vacation where are you going?????? I'm from Oregon which means toooooooons of Wine. I do events for 3 large facilites here and the biggest one is the McMinnville Oregon Wine & Food Classic! Wine tasting for 3 nights its amazing fun...I'm a pinot gris kind of girl:)Thanks for commenting on Raindrops on Rosy I'm now following and I hope you'll do the same.     Have a fab weekend!! I love a smooth Pinot Noir and in the summer a crisp Pinot Grigio is on my top list!

    Loved your wedding photos, it all looks so romantic and perfect!

    Have a good vacation, it's really lucky that you can take your dog with you.

    I have to leave my cat behind whenever I go on a holiday. :(
